Joseph Yeo is doing a yeomans job for Harbour Centre.
Yeo came through with a pair of sterling games to power the Port Masters to two straight victories that snapped a four-game skid to get back on track in the PBL Unity Cup.
The La Salle standout has an average of 22 points, six assists, 5.5 rebounds and two steals in Harbour Centres victories over Granny Goose, 84-81, in overtime over the weekend and TeleTech, 77-63, Tuesday.
The scrappy Yeo thus emerged the unanimous choice for Player of the Week honors in the tournament.
"Joseph Yeo was the key in our last two wins," said Harbour Centre coach Jorge Gallent.
Yeo showed his full potential when he scored 27 points in lifting Harbour Centre past Granny Goose, including a triple in the extra period that secured the teams first win in the season. Joey Villar
