International Criminal Court investigators palalayasin
MANILA, Philippines — Agad na ipapa-deport ng pamahalaan ang sinumang imbestigador ng International Criminal Court (ICC) para mag-imbestiga kaugnay sa drug war ng pamahalaan.
Ito ang siniguro kahapon ni Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo agad na ipapa-deport pabalik sa pinanggalingan ang ICC investigator.
“We will not allow any attempt at interfering with the sovereignty in this country. ICC investigators will be deported if they come to the Philippines and begin gathering data, interviewing persons in relation to complaint about Duterte campaign against illegal drugs,” giit pa ni Panelo sa Malacañang reporters.
Magugunita na naging epektibo ang pagkalas ng Pilipinas sa ICC noong Marso 17.
“They cannot even enforce whatever they’re doing. How can they enforce it? We’ve been ignoring them. We will not allow any attempt at interfering with the sovereignty in this country,” sabi pa ni Panelo.
Aniya, ang ICC ay naging political tool upang gamitin sa political prosecution ng mga head of states.
Kung magtutungo sa bansa si ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda bilang turista ay papayagan ito at sinigurong walang sampalan na mangyayari gaya ng banta ni Pangulong Duterte.
