6 doktor nagpositibo sa COVID, ospital ni-lockdown
Sa ulat, naka-lockdown ngayon ang St. Paul’s Hospital na pinapasukan ng anim na doktor at isinasailalim na sa “strict quarantine” ang mga health workers ng pagamutan.

MANILA, Philippines — Anim na medical doctors ang nagpositibo sa COVID-19 sanhi upang ipasailalim sa lockdown ang ospital na kanilang pinaglilingkuran sa Iloilo City kahapon.

Sa ulat, naka-lockdown ngayon ang St. Paul’s Hospital na pinapasukan ng anim na doktor at isinasailalim na sa “strict quarantine” ang mga health workers ng pagamutan.

Ayon kay Atty. Roy Villa ng Regional Inter-Agency Task Force for COVID-19, mula alas-7 ng gabi noong Linggo, Hunyo 28 ay nagpatupad ng lockdown sa St. Paul’s Hospital base sa rekomendasyon ng Department of Health-Region 6.

Ang emergency room, out patient department at operating rooms ng naturang ospital ay isinara para sa pagsasagawa ng disinfection.

Sinabi ni Villa na sasailalim lahat ang mga health personnel ng ospital sa COVID test.

Kinumpirma naman ni Mayor Jerry Treñas ang ulat at nagsasagawa na aniya ng contact tracing sa mga healthcare workers, pasyente at kanilang pamilya na  nakasalamuha ng anim na doktor.

Sa kanyang post sa Facebook, sinabi ni Treñas na nagpositibo sa coronavirus ang anim na doktor makaraang lumabas ang resulta ng kanilang PCR test o swab test.

“I was informed that 6 medical doctors from one hospital in Iloilo are positive in the RT PCR tests. I have coordinated with the medical director and they are doing all the necessary protocols to ensure the safety of everyone,” ani Mayor Treñas sa kanyang FB post. “St Paul’s Hospital administration is currently coordinating with the Regional IATF and following all protocols and decisions of the Regional IATF. Contact tracing is currently being done both by the hospital administration and the personnel of the city health office, “ dagdag nito.
