John Arcilla suki na sa pagiging kaaway ng bida

How lucky of John Arcilla naman, Salve A.

Na sa top action series, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, he plays arch enemy to Cardo Dalisay, played by Coco Martin, in the movie naman, A Hard Day, ang mahigpit niyang kalaban ay pinapapel ni Dingdong Dantes.

Directed by Lav Fajardo, A Hard Day, a Viva Films presentation is an adaptation of the 2014 action thriller from South Korea, also of the same title.

Earmarked sana for release this April ang A Hard Day, kung hindi lang so much –dreaded virus now affecting the county, actually, sa halos buong mundo.

Yes, the COVID-19.

Which, according to Luz, she appreciated so much. After all nga naman, wala siyang ginagawang project.

Now 79 years old, Luz, whose late husband was fellow LVN contract talent Robert Campos, sa bahay ng lalaki niyang anak sa Quezon City nakatira si Luz.

Luz and Robert were considered a love team in their time.

Sen. Bong nakiki-social distancing pati kay Lani

Senator Bong Revilla is glad and grateful, of course, dahil after submitting himself to voluntary quarantine, he was proclaimed okay and healthy from any symptoms of coronavirus.

Still, as much as possible, he practices social distancing, even from his wife, Bacoor Mayor Lani Mercado, children, much less, apo and mga co-worker.

He has not been to his Dad, former Agimat King and action star, Ramon Revilla, Sr., too, since he and their entire family attended the old mans’ 93rd birthday.

Since the Senate would soon not be in session, balak sana ni Senator Bong ang simulan na ang bago niyang series for the Kapuso. And, of course, a movie, which would team him up with a new leading lady.

As he, interviews, admits, miss na niyang maging busy muli as an actor.

Comeback movie ni Jinggoy, naudlot

Sayang din at ‘di matutuloy ang pagbabalik-pelikula ni former Senator Jinggoy Estrada, via his Metro Manila Summer Filmfest entry, Coming Home, co-starring him with Sylvia Sanchez, Martin del Rosario, Ara Arida at Edgar Allan Guzman.

Directed by Adolf Alix, Jr., Coming Home would have marked the introductory movie ni Jake Ejercito, half-brother ni Senator Jinggoy.

If Jake’s name sounds familiar, it is because ‘di niya ipinagkakailang siya ang ama ng eight year-old na anak ni Andi Eigenmann, si Ellie.

Jake’s Dad, of course, is former President and Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada.

His Mom, former actress Laarni Enriquez.

Of the Summer Metro Manila Filmfest, earmarked sana April 11 to 21 ito, we all knows, na-shelve ito, well because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Fresh from his shooting in Dubai for their sana din Summer Metro Manila Filmfest entry, Love Or Money, co-starring his for the first time with Angelica Panganiban, Coco Martin, at least, can rest-for how long he has no idea actually.

Because of President Digong Duterte’s proclamation to put the entire Luzon sa quarantine state, wala munang trabaho sa showbiz. And that include, on Coco’s end, na huwag mag-taping for his high rating action-series, FPJ Ang Probinsyano.

Ilan sa mga malalapit kay Coco ang naniniwalang maninibago ang actor na walang ginagawa.

In the last five years, it has been work work for Coco, they said.

Come to think of it, Salve, how much na kaya ang net work ni Coco.

Tanong lang.
