Kris at Derek nagkasagutan!
Kinumpirma na ni Kris Aquino na hindi na talaga tuloy si Derek Ramsay bilang leading man niya sa Metro Manila Film Festival entry na (K)Ampon at pinalitan na ang aktor ni Gabby Concepcion.
Ayon sa tsika ni Kris sa kanyang mahabang Instagram post, nagkasagutan sila ni Derek pero in the end ay nagkaintindihan din and she understood na top priority ng aktor ang GMA-7 dahil may kontrata siya rito.
“Derek Ramsay has a GMA NETWORK contract. Mahaba ang partnership nila ng QUANTUM FILMS, in fact for Atty. Joji he’s like a son. This led to arguments between Atty. Joji & myself because I felt like the ‘AMPON’ since many adjustments were being made for @ramsayderek07.
“Derek and I have spoken. We go way back, 2004-2005 when we did our San Miguel Beer TVC. Nagkasagutan pero dahil may pinagsamahan- nagkaunawaan. I respect that he has a GMA network contract that should be his top priority. CHILL kami,” ang unang impormasyon ni Kris na ibinigay sa kanyang mga followers.
The second info, si Gabby na nga ang pumalit at thankful siya sa aktor at sa manager nitong si Popoy Caritativo.
“We owe @popoycaritativo and @concepciongabby BIG TIME. MMFF rules state change of lead stars should be of equal status. Had Gabby said NO, wala nang movie, goodbye sa MMFF bond, sa preprod cost, sa mga downpayment etc. From my whole heart THANK YOU.”
Pangatlong rebelasyon niya ay co-producer siya sa K(Ampon) along with her management, Cornerstone Entertainment.
“I am managed by @cornerstonesister company of @springfilms. We are co-investors in this movie. Kaya po financially, intellectually, and emotionally invested.”
