Heart, hindi biro ang naging anxiety at panic attack

Hindi pala talaga biro ang anxiety at panic attack na nararanasan ni Heart Evangelista. Aniya sa kanyang panayam recently sa GMA News Online, kapag inaatake raw siya ay nagkakaroon siya ng pain. mi“I spoke about this before when my depression and anxiety became extreme, I felt physical pain and I developed the burning tongue syndrome which I’m feeling today,” ani Heart.

Matatandaang last May ay umamin si Heart sa panayam with Jessica Soho na may mayroon siyang serious mental health issue na nagsimula last year.

Ayon sa aktres, noong una raw ay hindi niya maintindihan ang nangyayari sa kanya. “The week after my birthday, usually the best time of your life but it was the peak where I honestly think about my life and what I wanted to do with it and how I wanted… I was having really bad thoughts.

“Because my anxiety and depression was so bad I had physical pains. I had my mouth pain, my tongue pain, I couldn’t eat. There was no medicine for it.

“My hands and toes were numb and I would even twitch. I would twitch uncontrollably and I didn’t know that it was because of extreme anxiety,” pahayag ni Heart.

Nilinaw ng aktres na hindi raw ito dahil sa depres­yon niya nang makunan siya sa kambal na anak nila ni Sen. Chiz Escudero. “I was very depressed when I lost my twins but this one came out of nowhere. I didn’t have a problem,” aniya.

Ibinahagi rin ng Kapuso actress na pito or walong doktor na raw ang kanyang kinonsulta. “I went to go see a general surgeon, oncologist, neurologist, and a therapist, and the therapist told me that when you’re an overly active person or you’re very creative, your mind doesn’t really shut down. It just keeps working,” she said.

Dagdag pa niya, “Sometimes it causes you depression and anxiety. That’s when I asked for help, the voices in my head were just too loud.”

Hindi na raw niya kinaya kaya naman humingi na siya talaga ng tulong sa doktor.

“I couldn’t take it anymore and I wasn’t ashamed to ask and that’s why I have to talk about it because you really have to address problems when it comes to mental health,” saad ni Heart.         

Gabby, sabik kay Sanya

Dahil unang beses nilang magtatambal sa isang serye, excited na raw si Gabby Concepcion na makatrabaho si Sanya Lopez para sa upcoming Kapuso series na First Yaya.  Pagbabahagi ni Gabby, “Marami na akong narinig na maganda tungkol sa kanya. Malaki ang fanbase niya and gusto kong makarating sa kanyang fans na I’m really happy na makakasama ko ang idol ninyo. It’ll be a surprise. Hindi ko pa siya nakikila in person. Okay naman siya sa Zoom. Ang ganda naman ng energy na nakikita ko, so, I’m excited.”

Malapit na ring magsimula ang lock-in taping para sa First Yaya na tatagal hanggang bago mag-Pasko. Dagdag pa ni Gabby, ito raw ang unang pagkakataon na magdiriwang siya ng Pasko sa Pilipinas.
