Maricel pinayuhan si Janella na gamitin ang utak

Simple but relevant ang ibinihaging pangaral ni Maricel Soriano kay Janella Salvador, when the two guested recently sa late night program ni Boy Abunda, Tonight With Boy Abunda (TWBA), and Boy asked Maricel advice she could give Janella tungkol sa pag-ibig.

Ang pangaral na ibinigay ni Maricel for Janella to love with her heart, kaakibat ng tamang pag-iisip.

Well, a sort of a mother and daughter relationship developed between Maricel at Janella, during the filming of their first co-starrer, The Heiress, kung saan gumanap na isang mambabarang si Maricel at type “ipamana” nito ang “power” niya kay Janella na pamangkin naman niya sa movie.

A mambabarang, as described by The Heiress director, Frasco Mortiz, is an evil sorceress who can make and put a powerful evil spell, yes, even death, on a person.

Ang The Heirress ay horror flight under Regal Films, na kilalang magaling pagdating sa pananakot. Ilan sa mga pelikulang nagawa ng Regal ay ang Shake, Rattle and Roll, Regal Shocker, Tiyanak, Aswang, Vampira and Haunted Mansion at Forest, among others.

Kasama rin sa cast ng pelikula sina Sunshine Cruz, McCoy de Leon at in a special role si Jane de Leon,  who has been tapped to play Darna.

Barbie willing makahalikan si Vhong sa movie

Wow, sobrang sexy to the max ang girl along the riles na si Barbie Imperial sa kanyang first big and important endorsement for a popular hard drink.

But, in fairness, she has the physical assets naman, bukod sa hindi siya pahuhuli, kung ganda ang pag-uusapan, sa mga naunang star endorsers ng produkto, na kinabibilangan, no less, nina KC Concepcion, Jessy Mendiola, Erich Gonzales and Bela Padilla, among others.

Since her stint bilang “housemate” ni Kuya in one episode of Pinoy Big Brother (PBB), Barbie has been working without let-up.

She is featured, along with Elisse Joson and Arielle Roces in the new iWant digital film, You Have Arrived.

She plays leading-lady to Vhong Navarro in an upcoming movie, reportedly titled Mang Kepweng: Lihim Ng Bandanang Itim.

For the first time, we heard, Barbie has agreed to pay lip service to Vhong in the movie.

Seth ayaw pang ligawan si Andrea

Truth to tell, Andrea Brillantes and Seth Fedelin, 16 and 17, respectively, are not yet on a relationship.

Complained ni Andrea: “Di pa nga niya ako nililigawan.”

To which Seth did not deny. And he explained why: “May tama pong panahon for that.

“Ang bata-bata pa naming both for a relationship. Lalo’t serious.

“Sa totoo lang, we both agreed to focus muna on our respective showbiz careers.”

And, happily, Andrea cut in. “We are both doing well.”

Their team-up, as members of the The Gold Squad, composed, too, of Kyle Echarri at Francine Diaz, featured in the top series, Kadenang Ginto, is doing very well.

Which obviously is the reason why all four of them are featured as individual love teams in the now streaming back to back on iWant, yes, as part of the first anniversary offering ng iWant.

The Kyle-Francine tandem is in the romantic movie, Silly Red Shoes, which has Kyle playing a sapatero, na gumagawa ng sapatos, kulay pula, para kay Francine.

May matutuklasan silang sikreto tungkol sa pulang sapatos, once isinuot na ito ni Francine bilang Ashley.

Directed by James Mayo, kasama rin sa Silly Red Shoes sina Anna Luna at Karen Reyes.

Titled Wild Little Love naman ang pelikula nina Andrea at Seth, which has Benedict Mique at the helm.

Also starring are Carmina Villaroel, Alfred Vargas at Victor Neri.

The projects are a production of Dreamscape Entertainment and Spring Films.

John Lloyd mas naging kamukha ang anak

Carbon copy ni John Lloyd Cruz, now na back siya sa kanyang pagiging ‘clean cut’ ang one year-old na anak nila ni Ellen Adarna na si Elias Matias.

Tiyak naming tuwang-tuwa ang mother ni John Lloyd na si Aida sa bagong buhay na tinatahak ng anak.

We have been witness to how close John Lloyd is to his Mom. And vice versa.

His Mom “chaperoned” John Lloyd in Dubai, well, during the filming of the movie, Dubai, co-starring John Lloyd with Aga Muhlach and Claudine Barretto, with Rory Quintos directing.
