Maricel, puro papuri kay Arjo ang bukambibig

YSTAR - Baby E - Pang-masa

Wow, take a bow Sylvia Sanchez, if only because of the many good comments na nilitanya ni Maricel Soriano tungkol sa anak mong si Arjo Atayde.

As everyone knows, Maricel and Arjo played mother and son sa malapit na ring mamaalam sa himpapawid na seryeng The General’s Daughter ni Angel Locsin.

Arjo played an autistic in the movie, which he played with aplomb.

No wonder, the Autisian Society of the Philippines (ASP) congratulated him.

Maricel had no idea how Arjo is an actor, since medyo matagal din nga siyang naging inactive sa showbiz.

Kaya, she was surprised daw with Arjo’s performance in the series, lalo na raw doon sa dying scene nito, followed by her own dying scene na puwedeng ituring daw na isa sa highlights ng series.

Of Maricel, obvious na magiging aktibo na siyang muli sa showbiz, since she is currently shooting for the movie, The Heiress, co-starring her with young actress Janella Salvador.

By the way, in real life, Maricel is mother to two sons, Marron and Sebastian.

Angel tututukan na ang kasal nila ni Neil

Of The General’s Daughter, posible ngang last project muna itong gagawin ni Angel Locsin, although binanggit niyang may isa pang movie siyang dapat gawin for Star Cinema.

She insinuated that right now, focus muna siya sa napapabalitang wedding niya with Neil Arce. Hindi niya binanggit kung dito sa Pilipinas o sa ibang bansa gaganapin ang kasal.

Ganunpaman, paulit-ulit na binanggit ni Angel how much challenged she was doing, especially, her action scenes in The General’s Daughter. Halos lahat daw ng stunts sa series ay siya mismo ang gumanap.

“Ang babait at ang gagaling lahat ng mga co-stars ko,” ani Angel. “I will appreciate working with them again.”

Ryza wa epek ang pakikipagtrabaho sa ex

Sa nabanggit na presscon, inulit ni Ryza Cenon ang malaking paghanga niya kay Angel, both as an actress and a co-worker.

Feel niya raw how devoted she is sa kanyang trabaho. And this, she will try to emulate, Ryza said.

Ryza has good words, too, for Eula Valdez, who plays kanyang adopted Mom, and JC de Vera, na gumaganap na ama ng kanyang ipinagbubuntis.

All throughout the series, nararamdaman daw ang insecurity na supposedly nararamdaman niya para kay Angel, na alam niyang siya ang one true love ng karakter na ginagampanan ni JC.

By the way, Ryza confirmed, too, na ang pagiging co-starrer nila ng dating boyfriend na si Cholo Barretto ay hindi naging daan para magkabalikan sila.

They are good friends, though, susog ni Ryza.

Jessy mas gumanda kay Luis

Pag-amin ni Jessy Mendiola, she and boyfriend Luis Manzano travel a lot together. The reason daw kaya sila solid na solid.

They get to know each other better dahil dalawa lamang silang madalas na mag-travel.

In fairness, mas maganda ngayon si Jessy compared to when she was younger, which members of media noticed at the presscon of her new series, Sandugo, co-starring her with equally pretty Elisse Joson. Plus Aljur Abrenica at Ejay Falcon, who play as their leading men.

In the cast too of Sandugo ng Dreamscape Productions and directed by Darnel Joy Villaflor and Ram Tolentino, are Cherry Pie Picache, Ariel Rivera, Gardo Versoza, Mark Lapid, Maika Rivera, Ogie Diaz and Arlene Muhlach.

Introducing ang two former housemates ni Kuya sa Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Otso sina Aljon Mendoza at Karina Bautista.

Mapapanood na starting on Monday, September 30, ang Sandugo on ABS-CBN.
