Well, kay direk Cathy itinoka ng Star Cinema ang kanilang pelikula na wala pang tiyak na titulo. Leading lady nga niya sa nasabing project si Kathryn Bernardo.

Nakatakdang ipalabas ang movie nila ngayong taon.

May paki lang ang itinuturing na tagahanga ni Alden. Na sana raw ay mag-submit sa isang actong workshop si Alden, bago siya magsimulang mag-shooting kasama sina direk Cathy a Kathryn.

Pinoy artists magpapasikat sa 1MX sa Singapore

Well, to headline the spectacular Filipino music event in Singapore are the folk-pop band Ben & Ben, Bugoy Drilon, KZ Tandingan and teenage singer-performer, Darren. Introducing si Jayda Avanzado, na 15 years old lang, pero kilala na agad bilang pop singer cum songwriter.

Siya ay anak ng singers na sina Dingdong Avanzado at Jessa Zaragosa.

MYX Music Awards kaabang-abang

Another event to look forward ay ang upcoming MYX Music Awards na magaganap naman sa May 15.

Up for grabs, so to speak are the awards for Music Video of the Year; Song of the Year, Female and Male Artist of the Year, Group of the Year, Mellow Video of the Year, Rock Video of the Year, Urban Video of the Year, New Artist of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, Remake of the Year, Media Soundtrack of the Year, Music Video Guest Appearance of the Year, International Video of the Year, MYX Celebrity of the Year and MYX Bandarito Performance of the Year.

Sharmaine tutok sa pagpapalaki ng mga anak

Guess who we bumped into sa premiere ng restored version ng 20 year-old movie na Gimik: The Reunion, which now ABS CBN top gun, Laurenti Dyogi, directed?

Walang iba kung hindi si Sharmaine Arnaiz.

Dating Regal baby si Sharmaine pero gumawa rin siya ng pelikula sa Reyna Films na pagmamay-ari ni late Armida Siguion-Reyna.

Isang pelikula na ipapa-restore raw ng ABS-CBN na kanyang ginawa sa Reyna Films ay ang Saan Ka Man Naroroon.

Bata pa raw siya nang gawin ang nasabing pelikula.

Ngayon ay nasa 40s na si Sharmaine at mayroon tatlong anak. Lalaki ang kanyang panganay na 14 years old na ngayon.

Tutok daw siya sa pag-aalaga ng kanyang mga anak pero ocassuinally, tumatanggap din siya ng offer para sa TV o movie.

Maganda pa rin si Sharmaine bagama’t inaamin niyang tumaba siya, na kaunti lang naman, dugtong pa niya.
