Mas komprehensibong Olympic coverage hatid ng TV5, Cignal
MANILA, Philippines — Matutunghayan ng mga Pinoy fans mula sa kanilang tahanan ang kampanya ng mga national athletes sa 2021 Olympic Games mula sa Tokyo, Japan sa susunod na buwan.
Isasaere ng mga free television channels na TV5 at One Sports, cable provider Cignal TV, wireless network Smart at telco PLDT ang mga aksyon sa quadrennial event na nakatakda sa Hulyo 23 hanggang Agosto 8.
“It is our great pride to provide our subscribers access to the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 for them to enjoy this global sporting spectacle and possibly witness history as it unfolds,” wika kahapon ni PLDT at Smart president at chief operating officer (CEO) Al Panlilio sa online presser.
Mapapanood ng mga Pinoy fans sa Tokyo Games sina 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics silver medalist at weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz, skateboarder Margielyn Didal, gymnast Carlos Edriel Yulo, pole vaulter Ernest John Obiena, taekwondo jin Kurt Barbosa, rower Cris Nievarez at boxers Eumir Felix Marcial, Irish Magno, Nesthy Petecio at Carlo Paalam.
Kumpiyansa naman si business tycoon at Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) chairman emeritus Manny V. Pangilinan na makakamit ng mga atleta ang kauna-unahang Olympic gold medal ng bansa.
Walo hanggang 12 oras na aksyon sa Tokyo Olympics ang matutunghayan sa TV 5 at halos 24 oras sa OneSports at Cignal TV.
Masusundan naman ng mga Smart, Gigafest.smart at PLDT Triple Play subscribers ang mga highlights at behind-the-scenes.
