Junior Archers moabot sa sugbu karon

CEBU, Philippines - Gitakdang moabot karon dinhi sa Sugbu ang De La Salle Santiago Zobel School juniors basketball team alang sa ilang pagsalmot sa  Cebu Elite Basketball League Cup 2013 nga mosikad ugma didto sa University of San Carlos North Campus gym.

 Si tournament organizer Chino Uy miingon nga ang Junior Archers nga nagbasi sa Alabang   maoy usa sa inilang teams nga mosalmot sa upat ka adlaw nga torneyo.

 Ang Junior Archers maoy team sa La Salle high school nga nirepresentar didto sa prestihiyosong UAAP caging ning tuiga. Nidaog sila og duha ka titulo   atol sa 2006 ug 2008 UAAP seasons.

 "It is our honor to have La Salle Zobel in this four-day tournament. I am sure all our local high school teams are thrilled to play against one of the winningest high school teams in the UAAP,"  matud pa ni Uy, ang kanhi shooting guard sa USC Warriors sa Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (CESAFI).

 "This is going to be the first time that our local (high school) teams can play tune-up game with a champion UAAP team. This team has been tested in battles. So this must be a very exciting competition," dugang pa ni Uy.

 Ang Junior Archers makigsangka sa mga dekalibreng high school teams dinhi sa Sugbu sama sa Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu  (SHS-AdC) Magis Eagles ug   University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Jaguars, kinsa mopadala sa collegiate Team B.

 Lain pang contending squads ubos sa bracket A mao ang USC Baby Warriors, Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) Wildcats ug University of the Visayas (UV) Baby Lancers.

 Moduwa sila og usa ka single round robin format diin ang top two teams sa matag bracket moabante sa crossover semifinals. Ang mga mananaog magsangka sa tinaktakay nga kampiyonato.
