MIBF is back for its 35th year

MANILA, Philippines - The country’s biggest book fair is right around the corner: The Manila International Book Fair is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year as it heads back to the SMX Convention Center at the SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City on Sept. 17 to 21.

After more than three decades in the industry, MIBF has evolved from an event for the publishing industry and the academe to one of the most-awaited exhibitions for all sorts of readers. This year, the first-ever DigiTech Manila Conference and Expo that aims to provide and promote creative teaching techniques and learning technologies is slated on Sept. 19 to 20, and The Best of Anime that continues to be a big event for the local otakus will be slated on Sept. 20 to 21.
