The Ball’s Mine

my LIPS are SEALED… sometimes… - Maurice Arcache -
The PBA Time Out at SM Supermalls had a ball of a kick off when it was launched at SM Megamall a full moon ago.

At the interactive event initiated by the PBA, PBA Properties and IMG to give fans a chance to see their favorite players off the court, fans got to compare footprints, see how tall they stand and look in the PBA Slum Book to get to know about their fave hoopsters. All-time best PBA videos were shown non-stop while players gave away PBA items and signed autographs.

PBA Commissioner Jun Bernardino, PBA Chairman Ignatius Yenko and PBA Properties boss Fred Uytengsu welcomed fans to the fun event. Fans also got to vote for the smartest and cutest player to be included in the PBA Dream Team Guwapo.

The fourth one-man exhibit in the Philippines of Australian Tony Twigg was a great success. It was suported by the Australian Embassy in celebration of their centennary of federation. "Spontaneous Architecture" was inspired by the distinctive and ingenious construction of Philippine dwellings.

Ambassadors John Buckley of Australia and Werner Baumann of Switzerland opened the exhibit. Gina Fairley of Haines Gallery of California led the international guests, while local artists led by National Artist Napoleon Abueva, Gus Albor, Roberto MA Robles and Reggie Yuson came to congratulate the artist.

Remember, palanggas, "The power of Christ within you is always greater than the power of evil around you." Smile. See you.
