A feast for Ryan

OH YES, IT'S JOHNNY! - Johnny Litton -
A unique celebration was prepared for the hardworking and dashing Ryan Chan, The Bellevue Hotel’s marketing and communications director, on the occasion of his recent birthday, which he celebrated with his high school friends. Held at the Alabang Room of The Bellevue Hotel, the intimate birthday party -— reminiscent of scenes from The Godfather — was rendered in a romantic yet masculine setting by event stylist Henry Pascual. The reddest roses were spread throughout the long table decked with black fabric and red candles in glasses and wrought-iron candelabras. Guests feasted on a superb spread of jade prawns in cilantro dalandan coulis, grilled lamb with gravy and mint jelly, grilled Chilean sea bass with coriander pesto, choice pralines, sparkling champagne and select wines.

Happy birthday, Ryan!
