MANILA, Philippines — Thousands of Catholic devotees swarmed towards the venerated image of the Black Nazarene in Manila on Wednesday.
The annual traslacion brings the image of the Black Nazarene from the Quirino Grandstand in Rizal Park to its home in Quiapo Church.
