MANILA, Philippines — A bridge in Alfonso, Cavite is currently impassable after it collapsed on Saturday due to soil erosion caused by heavy rains.
The Cavite City police closed the Esperanza Bridge in Barangay Esperanza Ilaya, Alfonso, Cavite, used as a shortcut to Tagaytay, to avoid any further accidents.
Reports said no one was hurt when the bridge fell apart last Saturday.
