MANILA, Philippines — Following several breakdowns of the Metro Rail Transit–3, the Senate has continued its hearing into the management and maintenance of the rail system.
The second day of the hearing on Tuesday which also tackles the alleged dysfunctional and defective new MRT coaches is led by Senate public services committee chair Sen. Grace Poe.
The Senate panel first held a hearing on the MRT problems last May 15.
