President Rodrigo Duterte arrived in Laos on Monday for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit.
After canceling his scheduled trip to Brunei earlier this week due to the deadly blast in Davao City, Duterte pushed through with his trip to Laos' capital Vientiane to meet with Southeast Asian leaders for his first official trip abroad.
