MANILA, Philippines  — Presidential aspirant Manuel "Mar" Roxas II, the standard-bearer of the Liberal Party, said he does not believe that a parliamentary system of government will more effectively allow inclusive growth.

In this interview with The Philippine STAR in October, Roxas reveals his first executive order once elected president.
