WATCH: Yolanda survivor: Rich typhoon victims are prioritized in Tacloban

Deirdre Evans Tisado, 18, shares her experience on how she and her siblings and relatives survived the wrath of super typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban City, during a press conference at Road 10 in Manila. She and six of her siblings and relatives are now trying to start fresh as they live with their relative in Caloocan City. Tisado is still hoping that their father will still be found alive by rescue workers in the typhoon-devastated city.
