Chinstraps, not masks

DEFEATING THE PURPOSE. A man was dismayed to see people walking about his neighborhood wearing masks, but with the covering down under their chin instead of over the nose and mouth.

He said it appears they are just wearing one any which way just for compliance.

“Magsul-ob lagi og face mask pero sayop man sad. Maypa di na lang magsul-ob,” he told The EAR.
