TO FOLD OR NOT? A man is now angry after reading that the city government had just released a notice that the Quarantine Pass should not be folded. He said it was the barangay officials who issued him the pass who said he can fold it for his carrying convenience.

“Binuang man na ila oy! Sa wa pa nila gihatag, ingon ta to sila daan nga di pwede pik-on,” he said.
