Resto claims owning old Bisaya term

IT’S NOT YOURS! After a restaurant claimed ownership of the term “tuslob buwa,” netizens all over social media went up in arms.

Some said the restaurant has no ownership over a word that has been common in Cebuano terminology for decades now.

Others said if anyone has the right to the term “tuslob buwa” it should be the stalls in Barangay Pasil that have been operating tuslob buwa stalls long before it became famous.
