Former inmate on shabu in jail

SAFER INSIDE. Even with the frequent raids being conducted in the provincial jail, drug use is still rampant there, according to a netizen who identified himself as a former inmate.

It’s not just among the prisoners. Visitors allegedly go there pretending to visit family or friends, but in truth they go there to buy and use shabu because doing so there is safer than doing it outside.

“Dios ko, shabu pay imo, gabaha. Modalaw na lang sa CPDRC ang mga adik para didto mosuyop kay safe daw wala’y modakop,” the netizen claimed.
