Girl changes uncle's luck

BIRTH. For lack of money, the wife could not leave the hospital after giving birth. The husband, a wage earner, tried to get a loan from his rich brother but was turned down.

BORROW. He tried to borrow from his mother but to no avail. He tried everybody he knew who had money, but still no luck.

NIECE. And then he remembered a niece who wasn't rich but was always nice to him. The niece agreed to lend him the money he needed. "I pitied him," is all she said.
