Just a cup of piping hot coffee

COFFEE. A foreign-looking man approached the counter of a coffee shop and ordered a no-frills cup of brewed coffee.

 

GIRL. The girl at the counter, probably newly hired, asked if he wanted sugar, cream, and flavoring added to his coffee. "We also have hot and cold latte, espresso, strawberry-flavored…"

 

PIPING HOT. But the man, smiling, said: "Stop. Just give me an ordinary cup of piping hot coffee."
