JUST ASKING. Business executives watching PNoy's SONA during a private get-together in a Mactan hotel were heard asking one another: "What's taking Noynoy too long to choose someone to replace him?"

CAREFUL. Someone was heard answering the question: "PNoy is just being extra careful. He might choose an unfriendly replacement that could cause him legal problems." Someone, with a whisky goblet in hand, jested: "It could not be Jojo. He cannot win."
