What's in a name

NAMES. In a certain neighborhood in a barangay in Lapu-Lapu City, a few children carry names that decades ago would have been laughed at or frowned upon by parents.

FRANKENSTEIN. Times have changed, and now nobody laughs at a boy who is called "Frankenstein." Frankie just comes and goes without being teased.

HERCULES. Just weeks ago, a couple named the latest addition to their brood "Hercules." Neighbors just love the baby and have given him a nickname: "Stewart."
