Follow the leader

SURVEY. A veteran Cebuano journalist (veteran because he has been in his craft for many years) said: "If a candidate for the presidency enjoys a big lead in a survey, must he or she be perceived as the most qualified to be president?" This is one question the electorate must think over and come up with a sensible answer.

BANDWAGON. The bandwagon mentality of Filipino voters continue to prevail because most of the survey responders have the so-called follow-the-leader attitude. Meaning they pick a candidate that's leading by a mile in the surveys. This according to an unsolicited opinion from a reader.
