Lotto bettor abroad

LOTTO. Did you know that there are Cebuano OFWs in Saudi and other places in Middle East who, while still here were lotto bettors and even if already abroad, continue to bet on lotto?

RELATIVES. These OFWs bet on lotto through relatives at home who go to the lotto outlets to bet on their behalf. Our Ear informer says many OFWs from other provinces also bet on lotto through their relatives.

HORSES. Our Ear informer says in Metro Manila some OFWs in Saudi bet not only on lotto but also on horses racing  through theor relatives.
