Pope's visit

POPE. Many Cebuanos are disgruntled over reports on the possibility that Pope Francis could not come to Cebu. A former member of the Knights of Columbus said if we believe that the Holy Father is God's "stand-in" so to speak on earth let that truth go unchallenged.

DEMAND. "Let's not demand that God come to us," he said. "Let us go to Him wherever He might be." He told our Ear informer that Tacloban and Palo are just a few hours away. "Let's meet the Pope there," he said. "Let's not let the mountain come to us."
