Drunk or insane?

ACTION. A lay minister asked the Ear: "What action must a policeman or a barangay tanod take if a drunk (or insane?) woman would undress herself  in the middle of a street in the middle of the night?" The lay minister said a woman did that one Saturday night recently and was made the object of fun by people round.

LEFT ALONE. The woman was left alone, The Ear source said. "Gibugal-bugalan lang," he said. "Ambot diha bay polis o tanud. Wa tingali kay wa may ni-action. Gihimo ra man nga kataw-anan ang babaye hangtud nga nilakaw kining naghubo."
