Flower farmers

FLOWERS. Commercial flower growers in many towns in South Cebu have been crying for rain to save from wilting the remaining flowers in their farms due to drought. Two farm owners have gone to the extent of asking some natives of Bukidnon to come to their farms to dance/pray their version of the oratio imperate.

ORDERS. One flower farmer has a pending order of about P1 million worth of fresh flowers from five florists in Metro Manila. "Bigtime nang ilang negosyo sa buwak," an Ear informer said. "Mikompetensya pa gani na sila sa mga flower growers in Baguio."
