Beautiful dancers

BEAUTY. A foreign news correspondent covering the Sinulog festival asked a local mediaman if beauty is a prerequisite for participation in the Sinulog. He said he had observed that nearly all the women dancers in every contigent are beautiful.

ALL PRETTY. The foreign newsman said there was one contigent where all the dancing women could pass for candidates in a beauty contest. The local mediaman, proud to the bone, told an Ear informer: "Ako unta to siyang ingnon nga way batig nawong nga Bisaya gawas ni Yolanda."
