A perv-ect place

         BILLBOARD. A local government unit in Cebu is asking a big land developer to remove a billboard in a certain public place. The reason? Police have arrested many men committing acts of lasciviousness behind the billboard. For some the reason the billboard, which covers people who pass by up to their necks, seems to be a magnet for perverts.

SCHOOL. Another such place is a dark street behind a college. Students report seeing men creeping around the place at dark, doing unmentionable things. Thankfully, the street, while within sight of the school, is actually not accessible from the school.
