WHEELCHAIRS. An Ear reader called up to ask if wheelchairs ridden by disabled persons are allowed to travel on the main roads. The caller said that if trisikads are disallowed, with more reason that wheelchairs ridden and driven by disabled persons be banned from the main roads. "Not because it is risky for the rider," the caller said.
LEFT ALONE. According to the Ear reader he often sees wheelchairs driven by handicapped persons traveling on the main roads and left alone. "Nagpadaplin tuod sila pero bisan pa delikado gihapon sa aksidente," he said.
