Mother refuses to report an arrogant taxi driver

NO NEED TO REPORT. Bystanders advised the above said mother to report the arrogant and rude cabbie to the proper government agency but the mother said: "Di lang ko mo-report kay mosakit lag samot ang dughan ko kay segurado man gyud ko nga dili aksiyonan ang sumbong ko." The woman added: "Nakadungog na ba mo nga dunay naprisong abusadong taxi driver?"
