President Rodrigo Duterte said the Philippines can temporarily set aside the ruling by the tribunal under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea favoring the Philippines in its case against China. The president's statement comes as the two countries are trying to restart negotiations over the longstanding maritime row. What's your say? Vote!
