Motor vlogger in road rage surrenders license

MANILA, Philippines — The female motovlogger involved in a viral road rage incident in Zambales has surrendered her driver’s license but failed to present the motorcycle she was using during the altercation, the Land Transportation Office said Thursday.
LTO chief Vigor Mendoza II confirmed that vlogger Alyannah Aguinaldo, known online as Yanna Motovlog, turned over her license to the LTO’s Intelligence and Investigation Division (IID) on May 8.
However, IID chief Renante Melitante said Aguinaldo failed to comply with the LTO’s directive to also present the motorcycle involved in the incident.
Melitante said Aguinaldo, through her legal counsel, admitted that the motorcycle was not registered under her name but belonged to a friend.
He said the LTO would request the registered owner to present the motorcycle at the next scheduled hearing.
The LTO has been pursuing accountability in the case as part of efforts to curb unruly behavior on the road.
Mendoza emphasized the importance of road courtesy, warning that reckless conduct could have lasting consequences for motorists.
“May this serve as a lesson to all. In the end, you will be the ones adversely affected and you will ultimately lose if you allow your temper to prevail on the road,” Mendoza said.
