BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Two persons died when a commuter van and a delivery van collided along the highway in Purok 2, Barangay Nagcuartelan in Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya yesterday.
The driver of the commuter van and the passenger beside him were pinned by the vehicle due to the impact of the crash.
The Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office-Emergency Response Team said the fatalities have yet to be identified.
Twenty other passengers of the van were injured and taken to a hospital for treatment.
