Taguig shuts down vax centers

MANILA, Philippines — The Taguig City government has closed all COVID-19 vaccination sites at the barangay and the mall.

In an advisory yesterday, city hall said COVID-19 jabs will only be available at the Lakeshore Vaccination Information and Training Center along Laguna Lake Highway in Barangay Lower Bicutan until the end of the month.

Venice Grand Canal Mall and all barangay health centers will no longer serve as vaccination hubs, the city said.

The city government also clarified that only pediatric jabs against COVID-19 are available as of press time.
