Isabela bettor wins P32 million lotto jackpot

MANILA, Philippines — A bettor from Santiago, Isabela won the jackpot in the 6/42 Regular Lotto drawn on Thursday night, according to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.

Melquiades Robles, PCSO general manager and vice chairman of the board, said the winning combination, 42-18-26-35-02-19, had a total jackpot of P32,075,959.80.

Forty other bettors who hit five of the winning numbers won P24,000 each.

The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion or TRAIN Law imposes a 20 percent tax on lotto winnings above P10,000.

The 6/42 Regular Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
