Drug suspect killed in Bulacan sting

MALOLOS, Philippines — A drug suspect was killed while his two companions were arrested in a sting in this city on Friday.

Reports reaching Col. Charlie Cabradilla, acting Bulacan police director, identified the fatality as Sherwin Thompson.

Romeo Estable and Eric Uy were arrested.

Police said a .45-caliber pistol, 20 grams of shabu valued at P136,000, a weighing scale, drug paraphernalia and marked money were recovered from Thompson.– Emmanuel Tupas
