MANILA, Philippines — A bettor in Barotac Nuevo in Iloilo province won the P35.2-million jackpot of the 6/45 Mega Lotto drawn on Wednesday night.
Royina Garma, general manager and vice chairperson of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), said the bettor guessed the winning combination 36-26-04-34-25-33.
The PCSO said 12 other bettors hit five of the winning numbers and won P32,000 each.
Lotto winnings are subject to a 20 percent tax under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act or TRAIN Law.
