SC publishes Bar exam helpdesk contact numbers

MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court (SC) has published contact numbers where examinees of the 2020-2021 Bar examinations can send their queries on the application process after its Bar Personal Login Unified System (Bar PLUS) experienced technical problems.

In a statement yesterday, the SC said the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) Helpdesk can be accessed through 0917-813-8543 for calls and text messages only; and through 0908-850-7682 for calls as well as text and Viber messages.

The contact numbers are accessible from Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“Text and Viber messages are preferred so as not to tie up the phone lines. In sending text and Viber messages, please indicate the name of the applicant and the specific concern. The OBC Helpdesk will respond at the proper time,” the SC said.

The SC said the landline numbers previously used by the OBC Helpdesk are no longer available as the telephone operator may not be able to physically report to the office.

The SC said that it is closely working with system providers to resolve the issues encountered in using the Bar PLUS.
