CSC offices remain closed due to MECQ
MANILA, Philippines — The Civil Service Commission yesterday advised those who have pending requests, appointments and transactions with CSC offices in Luzon to instead use its online platforms as its offices would remain physically closed after the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) was extended in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
In an advisory, the CSC said its central office, National Capital Region and Regional Office 4 offices and field offices in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal shall continue to observe a work-from-home arrangement until May 14 while the CSC field offices in Quirino and Abra shall be on a WFH arrangement until May 31.
The CSC advised clients who would like to request the services of its Integrated Records Management Office and Office for Legal Affairs to transact online through the Online Registration, Appointment and Scheduling System at https://services.csc.gov.ph.
Clients who are scheduled to be at the CSC central office in Quezon City to pick up their requested documents on the dates covered by the WFH period “are instructed to wait for further advisory on the rescheduling of the pick-up of requested documents.”
