MANILA, Philippines — Former Philippine Basketball Association player Marc Cardona was served an arrest warrant for serious physical injuries on Thursday in connection with a February 2020 brawl, the Eastern Police District (EPD) said yesterday.
Cardona, 39, was arrested by police officers along Maysilo Circle in Barangay Plainview, Mandaluyong at around 9 a.m., the EPD said.
The arrest warrant was issued by Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 116 Judge Ma. Victoria Padilla-Awid.
