Van collides with motorbike in Cagayan; 3 dead

TUGUEGARAO CITY , Philippines — Three persons died when their motorcycle collided with a van in Barangay Roma Norte, Enrile, Cagayan on Tuesday.

Police said Michael Alasca, 20, his brother Mark Angelo, 21, and their cousin Roel Lazaro, 16, were declared dead on arrival at the Cagayan Valley Medical Center.

The victims were reportedly thrown off their motorcycle due to the impact of the crash with the van owned by the local government of Santiago City in Isabela at around 4:30 p.m.

The driver of the van, Michael Narag, 46, was arrested.
