Torso, severed arms found in Bulacan

SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan, Philippines — A headless torso and arms believed to be that of a man were found stuffed in a suitcase in this city yesterday.

Ronald Soriano, city information officer, said personnel of the city’s sidewalk clearing operations found the suitcase in a pile of garbage along Quirino Highway in Barangay San Manuel.

Probers said they are coordinating with the Marikina police if the mutilated remains are related to body parts found in the area recently.
