Motorbike riders dead in road mishap

ALAMINOS, Pangasinan, Philippines —  A police officer and his companion died when their motorcycle crashed along the highway in Barangay Alos in this city on Wednesday.

Pat. Jeremiah Marcena, 25, of the Mabini police and Danny Bustria, both residents of Agno town, were pronounced dead on arrival at the Western Pangasinan District Hospital.

 Probers said the motorcycle was heading south when the accident occurred.
